Attention: All those on building lock up in the "New Millennium"
Last updated January 6, 2001
This is the schedule for building lock up. Be sure you are familiar with which month you are scheduled for and who your back up is. If you are unable to open and close the building, please ask someone to do it for you.
The list that follows is
a few of the more important responsibilities of lock up. Please ensure these items
are always accomplished:
1. Lock all exterior doors.
2. Turn off all lights.
3. Open all bathroom doors and listen for running toilets and turn off
bathroom lights.
4. Clear sidewalks of snow. Use snow blower if necessary. The key is
on nail on the pantry wall
opposite the kitchen door. Sprinkle salt & ice remover as appropriate. Remember,
in years past, we have had large snow falls and lost the use of the northwest
door due to high drifts which thawed then refroze to form a glacial wall.
Remember, if we have a large snow fall during the week, please seek out assistance
and remove snow on Saturday.
There is No commercial sidewalk cleaning. WE clean the side walks.
Also remember the exterior doors and side walks are also our responsibility.
5 No adjustment to the thermostats is necessary. All thermostats are
digital and programmed for proper heating and cooling.
Thank you for your help.
