Michael Morningstar

I'm a Molding Engineer (I work with plastic)

Dwyer employee since 1992.
US Patent #6,539,814
Involved in part design, mold design, & plastics processing.

I'm a Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack 940

I'm a husband.

I'm a father.

And a jack of all trades! (and certainly a master of none!)

I conservatively push the envelope just up to, but not over the sticky part. I enjoy alot of things, but only have time for a few (and I'm fashionably late for most of those). I have many acquaintances and just a few friends (some paid).

My BEST friend and confidante is my wife, Peggy. (I love being mushy)

A few things that interest me:

Kids

Not only do I enjoy kids (I've got 4 of my own), but I like other people's kids also (you can give them back).
My wife and I used to take care of a group of teenage boys under the guidance of Shults-Lewis Children's Home. We enjoyed the challenge; we enjoyed the boys, and life was NEVER boring our home

Peggy continues to be involved at the home in the following way:

  • Intake Coordinator
  • peggymorningstar@shultslewis.org
  • Having been both a housemom and counselor previously at SL, Peggy knows the program extremely well. She has both the heart and love for this ministry to make it the great program it is.
